We are Nathan and Katie, the founders of Dixie Lane Doodles of Ohio. We started this journey because of our love for animals. We live on a small family farm where we raise Mini Bernedoodles and Boer goats. Raising and caring for animals is something we thoroughly enjoy and incorporates our professional and personal lives. Nathan, a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, specializes in large animal and canine reproductive medicine. Growing up on a beef cattle operation in Southeast Ohio, Nathan’s love for animals was evident from the time he was able to tag along on the farm. From a young age, Katie knew that her purpose in life was to become a nurse and help care for patients who are in need, and she graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. We extend the same love and care that we give our clients in our professional lives to the animals that we raise. When we aren’t working, we enjoy spending time with our families and animals, gardening, and enjoying the great outdoors.
