Waitlist and Selection

If you are interested on being placed on our waitlist for upcoming litters of Mini Bernedoodles, please contact us for a waitlist application. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to be placed on our waitlist. Once your application and fee are received and accepted, you will be added to the waitlist. The waitlist is a first come, first serve basis, and we will let you know which number you are on the waitlist.

We will obtain pictures and videos of each puppy when they are 4 to 5 weeks old. Selection will occur once the pups are 5 weeks old.  A notification will be placed on our Facebook webpage as selection approaches.  Clients will also be personally notified in order of the waitlist either through Facebook messenger or text message. We will send you pictures and videos of the puppies available. We will also schedule a Facetime call to help with your selection of a puppy.  If a client is not in attendance nor is reachable by phone during their 12-hour selection timeframe, then they will forfeit their placement on the list. If you decide to pass on your turn for the waitlist, you can be placed on the waitlist for the upcoming litters.  You will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist for this litter and will not bump anyone ahead of you. This rollover can occur for 3 total litters in which the proper sex and basic color requests (tri color or merle) have been met; after which the deposit will be forfeited.

Once you select your puppy, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy. The deposit for the waitlist and to hold your puppy will be applied towards the purchase price of the puppy. If you are not on our waitlist and a puppy is available, after waitlist selection has been completed, we ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit. This will go towards the price of the puppy. Next, we will work with you on arranging pick up or delivery of your new family member. Before the puppy leaves our home, you will pay the remaining balance due. Finally, let the memories begin with your new puppy in their forever home!

Early Introduction to Stimuli

Within a few days of birth, the puppies are handled at least once daily for tactile stimulation to get them used to being picked up, held, and being turned over on their backs. Once their eyes are opened the are exposed to various toys, different types of flooring (carpet, tile, grass, gravel), and non-parental dogs. Our puppies enjoy wagon rides and outside play time as age/weather permits.  We strive to prepare them for their forever homes by exposing them to other stimuli such as, routine house noises, televisions, and vacuum cleaners/Roomba so that we can ensure you are getting a well socialized puppy who will adapt very easily.
