FAQ
If you are interested on being placed on our waitlist for upcoming litters, please contact us for a waitlist application. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to be placed on our waitlist. Once your application and fee are received and accepted, you will be added to the waitlist. The waitlist is a first come, first serve basis, and we will let you know which number you are on the waitlist. We will obtain pictures and videos of each puppy when they are 4 to 5 weeks old. Selection will occur once the pups are 5 weeks old. A notification will be placed on our Facebook webpage as selection approaches. Clients will also be personally notified in order of the waitlist either through Facebook messenger or text message. We will send you pictures and videos of the puppies available. We will also schedule a Facetime call to help with your selection of a puppy. If a client is not in attendance nor is reachable by phone during their 12-hour selection timeframe, then they will forfeit their placement on the list. If you decide to pass on your turn for the waitlist, you can be placed on the waitlist for the upcoming litters. You will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist for this litter and will not bump anyone ahead of you. This rollover can occur for 3 total litters in which the proper sex and basic color requests (merle or tri) have been met; after which the deposit will be forfeited. Once you select your puppy, we require a $300 deposit to hold your puppy. The deposit for the waitlist and to hold your puppy will be applied towards the purchase price of the puppy. If you are not on our waitlist and a puppy is available, after waitlist selection has been completed, we ask for a $500 deposit. This will go towards the price of the puppy.
If you wish to be put on our waitlist for future litters, we ask that you complete the waitlist contract. We require a $200 deposit to hold your spot, this goes towards the total cost of the puppy. Once you select your puppy during puppy selection time, we ask that you put down the remaining amount for the deposit ($300) to hold your puppy.

Yes, we offer a 1-year genetic health guarantee on all of our puppies. We do ask in our health guarantee that you take your puppy to a veterinarian within three days of taking possession of the puppy. We strongly recommend that you keep your puppy away from dog parks, grassy areas frequented by other dogs, pet stores, etc. until the puppy is at least 16 weeks and has received final their vaccination. This will decrease the risk of your puppy obtaining various parasites and virus including parvo and kennel cough.
